Cut down extra padding at the bottom of the Tube Speedometer #223

The Tube Speedometer view, has extra space at the bottom. The top and the sides are good, but has extra space between the speedometer and the end of the view on the bottom side. Can you make it more symmetrical? or crop the extra bottom space?

All speedometers has a square view space, if you want other space you may need to change Speedometer modes.
