Check Lunar Attribute Specialties #377

+Urs Reupke, just discovered that it is impossible for a lunar to take Attribute specialties in the last version of Anathema. I know there is no plan to further update, but I thought I'd chime in about it anyways.

We removed Lunar Attribute Specialties in #170, because the implementation wasn't up to our expectations.
