title issues with the pound sign #392

Ok, I've not found a way any where yet to get the ##title here## to go away. Either in Martial arts tree titles or in custom sources titles. Anybody got a heads up on that?

Probably should have stated in the beginning that this issue is with 5.1.3

Make sure you have a properties file, per https://github.com/anathema/anathema_legacy/wiki/How-to-create-custom-charms-and-spells#label-file

Then, make labels for the custom sources.

(Fundamentally, what's happening is that ##title here## is not the title, but the id. The title itself goes in a properties/language file, for translation/easier updating.)

Example: Charms_Solar_SecondEdition_Custom.xml: `

And in Custom_Charms.properties: Solar.CustomMethods=Custom Methods of Customing Custom=Custom Charms
