Add zstd prefetching support (#48) #77

Try zstd decompression as fallback (#48). It is structured as for the gzip decompression, to avoid zstd bombs (see this kind of issues)

I want to push a new tag 1.3 in the next couple of days. @Focshole do you have any changes that you want to see in this release? Otherwise, we can plan your changes for 1.4.
