Member Registration Form #21

For legal side, we may need to have an member registration form.

After watching Netflix mini-series The Billion Dolar Code I decided. 😄 We will not any illegal things but keep ourselves in safe will be good I guess.

If sometime we accept the donations, we need to create association for Turkey legal regulations. At that time registration forms also will be helpful for us.
