While searching I found https://github.com/abdonrd/github-labels and I create a list of the labels in below.

@onurmenal What is your opinion? Do you want to add or remove any labels?

Other open topic about labels, Should all issues have type, priority and status label? My answer is yes, because in future this will be simple for classification and issue assignment.

Current repository and organization repository defaults updated.

After completing issue #6, I will add as a document for global.
