version stuck at 4.8.1 #4

I think it's because of the version.json in the repository. If you hit https://plexamp.plex.tv/headless/version.json (don't pass a version) it grabs the latest. I'm using the auto compose in your readme on amd64

Thanks! It should be fixed now. In the future, I will make it so that the image will automatically be rebuilt.
