Allow pulling values through the web api #14

I happen to have a situation with poor bluetooth connectivity. What if it was possible to use the web API as a backup for reading the values?

It would be good to have but also to download directly from the Hub if you have one. Would be good to get as I get BLE timeout immediately I have it in Homey.
