Add support for average values #9

The Airthings app shows the average value over the past 48 hours. It would be great if the Homey app could be extended to also support average values for use in flows, and not just the latest readout.

E.g.

CO2
CO2 (48h average)

I have a Wave Plus device, hence that's where I'm the most interested to get this supported.
