In the preferences, check if the given doxygen command path is valid or not. Show some notification when not.

When trying to launch a doxygen command, enhance error reports. Suggest the user that the preferences are not well set and try to conduct the user to edit whose preferences.

Add detected version information in the preference page. Implementation is basic.
