Add support for TAG and VALUE format.

TAG:

trim tag, e.g. "TAG.=.VALUE"
fixed length tag, default is 25 chars together with operator (= or +=) plus one space and then value, e.g. "TAG............................=.VALUE"

VALUE:

do not change (default)
separate list values by "\" (multiline), e.g.
```
"val 1" \
"val 2
```
- put all list values in one line, e.g.
```
"val 1" "val 2"
```

added option "Do not change" and set as default
