context menu entry shown unnecessarily #83

I noticed that the context menu entry 'Build documentation' is shown on places where it's completely irrelevant. For example, in a view that uses TreeViewer, the action is shown on every node.

I don't think it's hard to do a little filtering to only show the action where it's useful.

I've to change some major code for menu contribution to solve this issue --> moved to next release.
