Neither the whole GitHub, nor Google know where to find it.

I added a README file for clarity.

Scripts in that directory are provided, but were designed for a specialized usage.

These scripts were used a specialized cluster to run Cufflinks tools. You should be able to modify them for your own cluster systems.
