Timezone is different at client side #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. If server timezone is different and client is trying to access from some 
other time zone the it will not show correct time

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
correct timezone, time at client end, also facility to define timezone from 
admin panel.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system,
database, and application server/servlet container?
