Good, concise overview of the basics. Got a good gist of the full picture of whats happening when using actions.

i thought it was a good day one overview. i think if you're new to actions (or very rusty like me), it felt a little quick. but i'd rather it feel too quick than too slow. the labs are great, if possible, i'd like more labs as homework just to get more practice.

Good intro, it's nice to be able to jump right in on the labs do them in a real world environment.
