This issue references issues I am actually having with tmux.

Versions:

Quirks:

[x] urxvt righted splits doesn't have the same padding as left ones due to internalBorder not being set.
[x] neovim key strokes to increase numbers (C-a, C-x) have to been stroke twice

These issue were resolved by upgrading.

I switched from urxvt to gnome-terminal to take advantages of true colors and modern syntax highlighting schemes.

Neovim keystrokes issue was only happening with C-a as I remapped tmux prefix
