Anchore Data Feed sync failed #1390

Version of Anchore Engine and Anchore CLI if applicable: anchore-engine:v1.1.0

What happened: Anchore has not been synchronized latest data feed, error of current feed sync process:

When running the data feeds manually, anchore-cli system feeds sync it completed but the data still has not been updated, checked by cmd anchore-cli system feeds list Event log:
