What would you like to be added:

Requesting support for Luarocks (reading/understanding the format and outputting the modules and associated licensing)

Why is this needed:

Luarocks is a widely used package manager for Lua modules.

Hi @jspeed-meyers , @luhring and @cjbischoff - I've cleared the assignees on this, since it seems like a different set of people want to work on it now than originally volunteered to work on it. Are some of you all interested in contributing this?
