Add disqualified metric and url #26

add disqualified metric
add url label for satellite metrics
remove outdated compatibility metrics
update add_iterable_metrics to handle null values

Since https://github.com/anclrii/Storj-Exporter/pull/25 and https://github.com/anclrii/Storj-Exporter/pull/22 are closely related I was looking for a consistent way to make them both work together. Since I ended up with a working code in the process I'm raising this pr for review. All credits to @Cmdrd and @mk-dhia for proposed code changes. Thanks!
