The QR codes are a good opportunity to link to the web pages, but as well can be used to engage the customer with Augmented reality on the sales floor so that they can obtain the information they want in an engaging form.

For example, I can create mobile assets so that we reveal more and engaging content about the product that the customer is revealing.

Obviously, this should be part of the mobile application app we need to create to engage the people on the sales floor.

In addition by having user identification, we can personalize the offer we are making to this particular user, so for example, we can use his own photographs or other pieces of information to tailor the images we are showing them to their interest.
