Remove `_Pol_backup.py` files

There are many duplicate "backup" copies of python scripts that can be removed when the changes to files are removed.

List of files with "Pol version" backups:

alya.py configuration.py cr.py Env3D_MARL.py env_utils.py extract_forces.py jets.py witness.py

These can be removed after discussion with Pol.
