Now the confirmed list has been split from the waiting list it seems like the peeps on the waiting list don't get notified or moved if a tenzing space is free
Today is a good example of it happening. 3 on the waiting list, 6 confirmed. Andre and Rachel should have had notification of a space last night but it looks like nothing has moved or changed
Steps to reproduce
Be on the car park waiting list when other spaces e.g. Tenzing become free
What is the current bug behaviour?
Waiting list people, stay on waiting list and not "given" a space.
What is the expected correct behaviour?
Space should be given to top of waiting list until spaces used up
Relevant logs and/or screenshots
