Store price ranges for ingredients, making it possible to track and estimate spending over time.

[ ] Store price range in the backend
[ ] Display estimated ranges for each shopping list
[ ] Give users the option to adjust ranges manually

Long-term bonus feature:

[ ] Investigate possibility to crawl local stores for automatic price range adjustments

Distant-future bonus feature:

[ ] Offer an API for small stores and farmers-market types to send their prices directly to HeyApple
