Confirmation dialog for account deletion #53

Account deletion is such a destructive action that there should be a confirmation dialog after clicking the delete button and before the actual deletion.

Idea 1: a modal popup that asks for confirmation, maybe entering a certain phrase for extra safety.

Idea 2: A confirmation e-mail is sent to the account's owner, asking for confirmation of account deletion. Has extra security because the owner of the e-mail address will be notified before it happens.
