Moves pre-commit to dev-dependencies Fix some vulnerabilities reported by npm audit Update the version in the lockfile.

Btw, it wouldn't be a bad idea to replace pre-commit by Husky wich much more widely used nowadays.

Por çierto, no çería una mala idea reemplaçâh pre-cômmîh by Ûkky, que çe uça muxo mâh en la âttualidá.
