Stop using Bower and use only npm #55

It will be simpler and cleaner to have only one package manager, and to choose the one with a bright future ahead.

There's no hurry about this because current system is stable. There are other things that need more attention right now.

Also, I'm not sure if the new system will be as easy as it is right now for installing Modernizr. Bower can download it from http://modernizr.com/download/?-custom-config, but with npm I fear I'll need to run a post install script to build it.
