Is there any way to disable menu pulsing? #15

Added NoClip to Fabulously Optimized for 1.21.0 modpack, and it works great, except that every menu and GUI pulses or flashes about once every 3 seconds when in noclip mode. This is too much stimulation for me and does not respect the settings I have in accessibilities.
