How to get database for fresh installation #2

I have cloned project and run composer update successfully. Now I want to import database. I tried yii migrate but it does not create all necessary tables. Where can I get sql file or what should I do to run project successfully in browser.

Readme file is too short. Please update, it will be very helpful act.
