Feature description

Recently, YT introduced "auto-recommended searches" in the search page. They put random stuff there that you've never searched in your life. So, kindly add the ability to hide them.

Motivation

1. It will hide irrelevant, auto-generated garbage by YT.
2. It will complement "Hide Trending Searches" & "Hide Search Term Thumbnail" feature.

Guys, always keep 1 video in watch history.

I removed that 1 video and auto-recommended searches came back.

Now, I added 1 video to watch history & fixed!
