Redmine with Sub-URI: file /htsdocs/graphs does not exist #17

When running Redmine 2.3.2 with a sub-uri example.net/redmine/ the graphs are not available. This is known to happen to plugin_assets which are not referenced properly (see links below).

Apache log:

File does not exist: /var/www/htsdocs/graphs

Everything worked fine when I used webrick for testing, so the installation itself is not the problem.

Fixed in 24ab8539096d8668ed2d8a583f51e6b391fe25c9, verified on an apache server using a sub-uri.
