Chart is broken, possilby due to highchart dependance on prototype?

Its true. Need only one of highchart adapter - to jQ or Prototype. Can you write here condition to which adapter need to be loaded? (if Redmine::Version > 2.1, or something similar)

Fixed by pull of hicknhack/experimental.
