ga:eventLabel Dimension is not working

No data is retrieved when I use this dmension (eventCategory and eventAction 
dimensions work fine).

I have same problem, but not only with gapi-google-analytics-php-interface, but 
with https://ga-dev-tools.appspot.com/explorer/ too.
When I pick ga:eventLabel as a dimension "none" is returned. When I delete 
"ga:eventLabel" from query, then the Explorer tool returns data.
