Error: "Insufficient quota to proceed."

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.until some hours ago all works very well but now... all is ko--> my code:

$ga = new gapi(ga_email,ga_password); 
$filter = 'pagePath =@ /mypage.php ' ;  
$ga->requestReportData(ga_profile_id,array('pagePath'),array('uniquepageviews','
visits'),'-visits',$filter,$startDate,$endDate,1,2000 );
echo ' ' . $ga->getuniquepageviews() ;

What is the expected output? 

until some hours ago I saw the uniquepageviews of my page
