What does this PR do?

This PR fixes cross origins issues that would prevent the API from being consumed

Description of Task to be completed?

Install the cors express middleware
Add the middleware to the express framework

How should this be manually tested?

By consuming an endpoint to see if any response from the API is returned

Use the story ID and link it to the story instead of adding the entire url
