Social media options on profile page doesn't match with that on the profile settings update page #187

On the profile page, we have twitter, facebook, linkedin, googeplus options

On the profile update page, we have twitter, facebook, github

So, the github option is missing on the profile page and the linkedin and googleplus options are missing on the profile update page.

@andela-oisola take charge of this. @andela-sakande please ensure it reflects on the profile page
