This PR is for the developers' list page. The page simply shows a list of all the developers on pibbble. Thumbnails of each developer's 3 most recent project is displayed beside each developer.
On clicking a thumbnail the viewer should be taken to another page which I am still working on so for now that page is blank.
Also, I am yet to include the actual number of each user's followers due to some issues I raised up with @andela-cganga pertaining to the followers feature he worked on. I will make the number of followers to display on the page after those issues are taken care of.
