[Feature #111601192] Create and view teams feature added. #305

This feature has been handed over to Ganga. Currently, you can create a team and see all the teams that have been created. The view for all the created teams still needs other information like location, followers and team projects which I am yet to work on.

For now, you can't invite others to join a team, it's the next functionality I will be working on.

Please re-write the title of the PR to contain the story id and maintain the format we have set in the wiki
