[Feature #111601192] Teams feature for Pibbble #322

This PR adds the ability to add teams within pibbble.

  1. You can view all teams by going to teams -> all.
  2. You can create teams.
  3. After creating teams you are allowed to invite users, this can be done later on in the team dashboard too.
  4. You can edit team settings in the team dashboard
  5. You can follow/unfollow teams, this will reflect in your profiles followings link (span).
  6. If you are a member of a team, you are allowed to add team projects.
  7. You can also Hire a team, an email is sent to the teams billing email address.
  8. You can delete a team, if you are the owner of the team
