`init/minecraft.sh restart` doesn't actually start the service back up #7

Now that Xms and Xmx are being managed, civilfritz-minecraft is trying to restart the server. Unfortunately, the server doesn't come back during restart, though it does come back correctly with a subsequent call to start.
