Update mac_users.md #117

It now says you can change directly from bash to zsh and the other way around without restarting the terminal

Cool, thanks. Though, the main point of that paragraph was to point out how to change what shell is used as the default shell, not just change the shell for the current terminal session. But it's also useful to see how you can change it for just a single session, so I'll make some tweaks to the text and then merge the PR.
