Canvas groups for delivery

I have joined one of the canvas groups, but I am uncertain if there is something more I need to do to deliver the project as a group? Can't seem to find any particular way of delivering as a group on the assigment page.

You don't have to do anything then. Just submit your project, and it will appear as a group project (even if you're alone) :)
