Changed neighbour -> neighbor to be consistent with US English #99

While grading projects, I was about to comment on inconsistent use of British/US English when I realized that we have also been inconsistent with this in the project description. Most of the text is written in US English (using summarize, magnetization and so on), but on a few occasions we write "neighbour" which is British. I know this is a minor thing, but decided to change it.

Good catch. (I usually write British English, but unfortunately I haven't done so consistently on the course pages. Will fix it later.)
