Advanced search fix #218

Closes #211

I was able to find the bug causing the issue that made advanced course search no longer function. Was able to change it and it the page now works with the current catalog.

I also noticed that the JSON file for 2023-2024 is filled with a bunch of minor errors (spelling errors/punctuation). I also worked on improving that. I have created an issue tracking this issue.
