EOY Survey for E3

• Copy survey
• Download token tables (those who were invited to take the survey last time)
• Cross-reference roster from Bernita with downloaded tables

• Double check with Denise and Jillian who is still in and who is not
• EOY survey only supposed to go out to B4 teachers
• Clean file, initialize token tables, import
• Double check invitation, reminder, confirmation emails

[anderoy]

• Set up Bounce email (and admin email for surveys) survey@excellentschoolsdetroit.org
• Configured and tested Bounce settings (required SMTP and IMAP set up)
• Sent invites, bounces being tracked.
