This can ease the process of unbanning users

jail!list-bans should display a list of users with a small ban ID(?) that can be used to unban members.

jail!list-banned or jail!list-bans or jail!list-banned-users etc. Should give a list like

etc.

Then the moderator should be able to run: jail!unban 45365 to remove someUsername#1234 ban.
