First of all, thank you for this amazing tool. We use it a lot at our group! I am using PALM on non-imaging data to look at correlations between some biomarkers (predictors) and cortical thinning (dependent variable; the data input). Age and sex are also in the model as covariates.
Having found some associations, is there a way to extract the adjusted values so that I can plot them in scatter plots, i.e. the values after adjusting for age, sex, etc?
