PRIORITY: Discord.js Rewrite #32

Feature Description

The Discord.py library has been discontinued and will not receive further updates. Discord.js has additional features and has no indication of being deprecated come the April 2022 Privileged Intents changes. Will also give the opportunity to streamline and refactor the code to be more efficient in the long run.

Future Andres: Take this opportunity to really consolidate repetitive code. The way the JS bot is set up allows the ability to finally coordinate currency with XP for example, allowing global data structures to be used if possible.
