In the server, as you gain XP, you should be able to get a role based on that XP.

[x] Implement reaction-based categories for XP roles
[x] Implement successful XP role assignment
- [x] DM user when they change role category
- [x] DM user when they level up for a role
- [ ] Penalty for switching XP role categories? (10 of XP to switch, can only do so once every 7 days?)

I've decided not to penalize someone, given how much XP it takes to get to LVL 10 in the first place. Closing this out
