I cant edit the crop after initially adding it

When i click the edit tool (the little pen) i get the following popup with empty (uneditable) fields:

Is it possible to make it so you can edit the crop of the image?

I have this problem with the current version and latest version of ACF Pro Any idea how to fix it?
