support indicating a no solder pad in kicad #75

Currently it is not possible to make a pad which will not be part of the stencil. In eagle e.g. you can un-check the "cream" flag of a pad, which will cause it not to be in the solder cream layer used to make a stencil.

In KiCAD you can remove the F.Paste layer from a pad to have the same effect.
